Oregano 1.5 tbsp Dill Weed 1.5 tbsp Coarse Black Pepper 1 tbsp Kosher Salt 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic 1 tsp Granulated Onion 1 tsp Basil 0.5 tsp Parsley 0.5 tsp Celery Seed 0.25 tsp Ground Coriander 0.25 tsp MSG — Pinch, optional

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Sprinkle generously on cold subs and sandwiches — especially with oil, vinegar, lettuce, onion, and tomato (Mike's Way).
